• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phjoy21 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed, that restricts your access to online gaming platforms.
• Not a phjoy21 Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of phjoy21 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the phjoy21 platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.1 Account Verification

phjoy21 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Verification may require you to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phjoy21 may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjoy21 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phjoy21 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phjoy21 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. phjoy21 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

3.3 Account Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to the appropriate authorities where warranted.

phjoy21 supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions on the phjoy21 platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on phjoy21 is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. phjoy21 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks before processing. phjoy21 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. 4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

6.1 Random Number Generation

6.2 Malfunction Policy

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjoy21 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phjoy21 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. phjoy21's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phjoy21 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjoy21 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The phjoy21 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

phjoy21 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phjoy21 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phjoy21 is committed to protecting your personal data and complying with applicable data protection laws in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

phjoy21 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements.
• Extended periods of account inactivity, subject to applicable dormancy policies.

Upon termination of your account, phjoy21 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your account, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to phjoy21 and subject to the completion of any required verification or compliance checks. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may close your phjoy21 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phjoy21 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

phjoy21 operates within the regulatory framework overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their concerns have not been adequately addressed by phjoy21 may escalate their complaint to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable procedures.

phjoy21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phjoy21 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the phjoy21 platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the phjoy21 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the phjoy21 platform and may request the closure of your account.
